The Biological Domain Refers to activity or level of energy in the nervous system Levels of energy vary Levels are influenced by individual personal sensory profile Those Well Regulated… Have sufficient energy across the day Can recoup energy after taxing experiences Can focus around distractions Can follow healthy daily routines

The Emotional Domain Controlling emotional reactions in order to meet a goal Monitoring, evaluating and modifying the intensity and timing of emotional responses Emotional resiliency-recovering from challenges (Grit) Those Well Regulated… Can modulate strong emotions Can recover from adversity Have desire to achieve goals Have a healthy and realistic sense of self
