Bead breaking with 2 rollers which performs a precise
and controlled penetration under the tire edge and
double disengagement system for free working area access.
Rotation of the complete bead breaking assembly and
independent withdrawal of the upper arm.
The roller synchronization eliminates the
necessity of mirrors or cameras.
While the above mentioned withdrawal system is equipped
with pneumatic memory allowing to perform in series
the bead breaking activity on wheels having the same diameter.
Helicoidal tilting system, avoids any possibility of damaging
rim or tyre during the different working phases.
Rim size 12”—30”.
Self-centering with pneumatic locking.
