13. HOPE SCHOLARSHIP Cont. www.GACollege411.org The Zell Miller Scholarship’s addition is among the changes to the HOPE. It will cover complete tuition costs for students who graduate high school with at least a 3.7 GPA & have a combined 1200 SAT score on the math and reading sections or score at least a 26 on the ACT. In order for recipients to retain the scholarship, they must maintain a 3.3 GPA in college.
