4. 4 4. Trustees Annual Report for 2012 Hiring Fees In September 2012 there was an increase in hiring fees for the first time in three years. Regular users were increased from £4.50 to £5.00 per hour and Ad Hoc users from £6.00 to £6.50 per hour. Allowing for the increase we believe we still offer the lowest village hall hiring fees in the area, and certainly the best value for money. AGM July 2013

7. 7 Key Issues & Future Plans  Continue driving Vision of making NVH one of “…the best for cleanliness, décor, equipment, facilities, safety - and value for money”  Refurbishment and modernisation of the kitchen to include new sink, cooker and fridge. The Committee is currently obtaining quotes for the work.  Provision of a projector, screen, sound equipment and new blackout curtains to enable films/videos to be shown and audio visual presentations.
