Reason for Changes: Problem Solving/Response to Intervention provides for data driven decision making at the school and district levels. This affords flexibility with cut scores that determine reading placement. We have adjusted to the FAIR/FORF language for Middle/High School placement accordingly.
CRRP Change: “Careful diagnostic data review based on the FAIR ongoing progress monitoring process, and utilization of the RtI problem-solving model will determine instructional decisions as far as student placement in Tier 2 or Tier 3 instructional models.” Middle/High School Question #4 portion of response
Budget Funds Reading Teachers and Coaches: FTE of Reading Coach Positions funded solely by FEFP 2.52 FTE of Reading Teacher Positions funded solely by FEFP 2.06 Same dollar amount as last year
