Reluctant to learn new skills and learn different things that they don’t know and are different to what they are used to Finding different grants that are available to help train staff and new policies for the workers. Wages may decrease due to a new business opening in a different line of work and benefits may be affected. Bonuses might be affected as they might not get a bonus or they might not get as much of a bonus as in their previous jobs. They might not have enough money to pay tax and cover costs of living

3 Advantages However their could be some advantages such as: Their bonus could be bigger and better. Their Wages might increase in due time They might also get more benefits
