4 Scenarios 1.My school offers a terrific supplemental reading program after school funded with Title IA funds. Expenses for participating ELs is charged to Title III Allowable?

5 Scenarios 2. Our home-school liaison was funded out of general state fund but due to budget cuts we are now funding that position with Title III funds. Allowable? Can we use Title IA funds?

6 Scenarios 3. We use Title IA funds to purchase reading assessments to monitor progress and now we are also purchasing English language proficiency assessments to monitor progress in English proficiency. Allowable?

7 Scenarios 4. Approximately half of our students in a dual language program are ELs. We are sending a team of teachers and administrators to a dual language conference using Title III funds. Allowable? Is the use of Title IA funds allowable?
