Special Education Services Department Special Education Services Department, with three psycological consultants and two teachers of mentally disabled students, do the studies of determination of individuals who need special care and of giving the educational lectures to the teachers about these students. According to their insufficiency, we ensure them adaptation training. If we think that they need support, we ensure it from Special Training Institution. Their education expense is paid by our ministry. Special Training Services experts organize conference and panel for managers and teachers to improve their knowledge. If it is necessary, it finds teachers from universities. It sends these programmes to the related services a month before the opening date of schools.
