But what do I write?!?!? 1. ALWAYS review any reading guides at the beginning of the section- these thoughts are usually the main ideas of the section. 2. Start by writing the title of the section and then in outline format (ex. A, B, C, 1, 2, 3) list the major sections as you read them. 3. Pause when you see words written in BOLD print. Underline them in your notes and make sure you define them 4. Finally, add pictures/diagrams, examples and your own thoughts as you read
