2 Setting Lake Tholocco will be the place for OG Day. Lake Tholocco is because you have a lot of open space were you can play all the events at. You can play Volleyball, Football, Soccer, Baseball, and do other extra things as well as swim. Since it is May the swimming part of the lake is open. From 7:30 to 5:00 p.m This needs to be reserved by May 6 Lake Tholocco contact number is (334)255-4305 To reserve you will need to call (334)255-4234

3 Permission Slip Permission Slips should passed out Monday May 2 no later than Tuesday May 3. Permission Slips and money should be turn in no later than Monday May 9 If permission slips and money aren’t turned in by Monday May 9 cadets will not be able to attend OG Day for 2011-12.

4 Total Amount for OG Day For OG Day we could charge $15.00. The $15.00 will take care of the food, transportation for the bus, and also if the company would like matching shirts. If the company wouldn’t like a matching company shirt we could charge $10.00 (pays for food and transportation) Money is due no later than Monday May 9

9 Estimate for OG Day The most that we can spend for OG Day is $2000 this will take care of the food, drinks, equipment, transportation, awards, and the cost of reserving the area of OG Day.

10 Transportation Cadets we will be taking a total of 2 buses for OG Day. To help out with the cost we will need $5 dollars to help out with transportation expenses. This $5 is included inside of your $15 or $10. This will also need to be reserved by Friday May 6 no later than Monday May 9
