4 Achromatic Lens is an achromatic consists of a positive low-index Crown Glass lens element cemented to a negative high-index Flint Glass lens element. The elements are chosen so as to cancel chromatic abberration at two well-separated wavelengths, usually in the blue and red region of the spectrum. Focal length is constant at those two wavelengths and focal length shifts are virtually eliminated across the visible wavelengths. One frequent use is to achieve diffraction limited focusing of a laser beam. Negative Achromats are typically used when there is a need to eliminate chromatic aberration. In addition to reducing chromatic aberration at the design wavelengths, sphericalaberration and coma are greatly reduced. 7 Amici prism, named for the astronomer Giovanni Amici, is a type of compound dispersive prism used in spectrometers. The Amici prism consists of two triangular prisms in contact, with the first typically being made from a medium-dispersion crown glass, and the second a higher-dispersion flint glass. Light entering the first prism is refracted at the first air-glass interface, refracted again at the interface between the two prisms, and then exits the second prism at near-normal incidence. 15 IR-CUT Filter is the key part for digital mobile telephone with photographic lens, PC cameras, telephone with image etc. It’s mainly is that the optical glass’ surface will be done a coating with IR CUT, it only let the light-wave in stated scope to pass. Add the IR-CUT Filter between lens and CCD or CMOS image sensor, can effectively to repress the wave disturbance which cause by the pass of the light-wave whose frequency is higher than CCD or CMOS image sensor, and also it can repress infrared light-wave, then make the image more clearly and stability.
