12 How do you get started? 1.Your CA Account Team / Business Manager will introduce the CA MPS offering to you and will invite you to participate 2.Your CA Business Manager will work with you to collect the required information and will help to finalize any pricing and contractual agreements 3.Upon contract signature, you will need to initiate the generation of your CA MPS Package by logging an issue by phone or CA Support Online 4.The CA MPS Team will contact you within 2 weeks of when you logged your issue to let you know when you will receive your CA MPS package delivery
