This proposal will be feasible if the following assumptions are used: If we can book/use the facilities in the CC for a very very low price/free.
To promote our CC as a place for people to come together/join. As an introductory event to possibly starting a boardgaming session every month.

Rebate of $5 for sign-up of Passion card during the event. (To encourage sign-up of Passion card) Rebate/Discount of $2 for the next event. (To help promote our next event, any Lengkee YEC event)

Game Ideas Simon Says as Ice-breaker (10mins) Introductions as Ice-breaker (10mins) Amazing Race around Lengkee CC (1hr) 4 rounds of rotation for boardgames (15mins each) 2 rounds of big group game (30mins each)
We can get maybe half the group size to be singles, the rest can be just anyone & give them colour-coded nametags or arrange the groups such that the singles can mingle during the event.
The minimal income from each participant is $10. If we can hit 80 participants who sign up as early bird (response is good), we can cut back on the food cost by providing less expensive food/finger food.

Lunch/ Hi-Tea/ BBQ/ Buffet All have limited interaction, so post-event activities would need to be planned. KTV- popular /Bowling – not sure Movie - Only popular if cheap KTV/ Bowling/ Movie Fair amount of interaction Boardgames Cheap to organise, but high commitment Outdoor Telematch/ Explore Places Too big an event for now Cruise Likely to be high cost, plus not very mainstream Night Event (eg Safari) Can be incorporated rather than stand-alone activity Speed-dating/ Pub/ Chill/ Networking/ Mingle
