Agnès Parisot09.10.2014 Freudenberg Eurobetriebsrat European Works Council Health Mapping FST EWC HSE Seminar 2012 A brief review Scope of the projects 28 projects at FST Weinheim Currently we conduct about 8 projects every year Different departments: Production area: at the line, QS jobs Areas close to production: logistics, construction, machine tooling Administrative areas: accounting, purchasing, inside sales Atypical areas: sales reps – home office Decentralized areas: tool shop Laudenbach, warehouse Lorsch Objective: Blanket coverage mapping Linking the different departments (learning from each other)
