4.  Admin WG endorsed incorporation of text (contained in GSC15-ADMIN-04) into separate subsections of Section 6.2 to clarify those presentations/contributions to be addressed in Plenary, as well as clarifying in which session (Opening or Closing) those documents are typically addressed Governing Principles (1/2)

5.  Admin WG endorsed version 1.6.2 (contained in GSC15-ADMIN-02r1), which provides updates on how to address New and Novel Contributions (NNC), the withdrawal of Communications Alliance as a GSC Member, and the future GSC hosting schedule.  Most updated version of the GSC Governing Principles will be issued after GSC HoD approval Governing Principles (2/2)
