2 What is the ‘Friends and Family Test’? A simple question – “Would you recommend this service to friends or family if they needed similar care?” Used in hospitals – e.g. Accident and Emergency, Maternity South Norfolk – trialing using the Test in Community Hospital locations and services

3 How will it work in Primary Care? 36 Practices nationwide started using the test in October 2013 Aimed at providing regular and timely feedback on services Practices will roll out the Friends and Family Test in December 2014 Published online at NHS Choices Compliment Patient Surveys / Reports
