WHAT IS PUBLIC RELATIONS? Public relations is a function of management that establishes and maintains mutually beneficial relationships between the institution and the public groups on which success or failure is determined.
AIMS OF PR In public relations activities, two types of aims can be distinguished: Strategic - long-term, aimed at creating the desired image of the subject, Operational - current operations, dealing with current problems of the organization and at the same being an intermediate tasks used for achieving strategic goals.

For public relations and image management at the University of Science and Technology Team Department of Information and Promotion is responsible. The team consist of six people, including University’s prees spokesman. The main tasks of the team is to ensure access to information about education process at the University as well as organizing actions that promote University.
