Paintings Raphael the artists real name was Raffaello Sanzio. His most famous painting is the School of Athens. Two more of his most famous paintings are Transfiguration and the Sistine Madonna.
Education He studied under Pietro Vannucci. He was born in Urbino Duchy which is now Italy. His birth and death were both on April 6 but he was born in1483.
High Renaissance Raphael was part of western painting history along with Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci. All three of them were part of the High Renaissance.
Mother Father and Pope Julius II Some People Raphael Knows Raphael painted the School of Athens for Pope Julius the II. He was the son of Giovanni Santi and Magia Di Battista Ciarla.
Death of Saint Peter Raphael also took over the painting Death of Saint Peter when Donato Bramante, the painter originally chosen to paint it, died. Raphael was only 37 when he died and he was born on Good Friday.
My Opinion I think that Raphael was a good man who was beloved for his fantastic art work
