Circuit Operation 1.Motion system  Power of 220V to drivers X, Y, Z, T is cut off.  Emergency circuit in motor controller turns on, and the drivers are disabled. 2.Pneumatic system  24V for pneumatic panel turns off.  Z-shaft moves up immediately.  Roller pressure moves down immediately.

Engineer Training XL1200 Safety System Confidential 10 Automatically Activated Safety Features 1.Head carriage movement freezes when:  An obstacle blocks the motion protecting frame.  The cover is removed.  One of the doors (side door, front door) is opened.  Mounting one of the night covers. Note: Heads Carriage Safety frame is attached to the E.S circuit from machine 2023. 2.The heating system shuts down when:  The temperature in the hood rises above 120º.  The fans are not supplied with Electricity.
