1. Using the LRC IPAC - How to renew an item. This short presentation will show you how to use the IPAC to renew items and manage your LRC account.

10. How to Check on Requested Items. Select the Holds tab to see if any requested items have been returned and are being held for you

11. Once the item has been returned it will be kept behind the LRC desk for you. You will be sent an automated email telling you it has arrived. You then have seven days in which to collect the item. If you don’t collect the item in time, it will go back out onto the shelves, or to the next person in the request queue. How to collect a requested item.
