www.dolnyslask.pl high level of education and good conditions for foreign students, over 2 thousand foreign students obtain education in Lower Silesia’s Institutes of Higher Education (1,2% of all students), their biggest share is obtaining educated at the University of Wrocław, Medical Academy, and Wrocław University of Technology cooperation of universities in Lower Silesia and China – partnership agreements students from China are already present at Lower Silesia’s Institutes of Confucius Institute at the Wrocław University was officially open in December 2008. The institute organizes chinese language courses, film viewings and cultural evenings.
