He has a doctorate in leadership from the University of San Diego, is the author of 15 books and over 200 articles, including KidLead: Growing Great Leaders and LeadYoung. He is a lecturer at the Naval Postgraduate School. Married over 30 years and parents to 3 sons, Alan & Nancy live in Monterey, California. 2
