8. Mountain Scramble (Sunday) a scramble to the top of one of Snowdonias highest peaks Enjoy the stunning views of the mountains without the stress of navigation! Be guided up some of Snowdonias classic mountains or choose to explore some of the less frequented areas of the breathtaking National Park.

9. Mountain Biking (Sunday) Gentle or lung busting ascents, single track descents or wide sweeping downhill, we can tailor mountain biking to suit you. With some of the best biking terrain in Europe to choose from, you can have it all.

11. Monday White-water Rafting (am or pm) Canolfan Tryweryn is the National White Water Centre, based near Bala, North Wales. This was the first commercial white water rafting operation to open in the UK back in 1986, and since then it has grown to become the largest and most well-respected rafting organisation in the UK. www.ukrafting.co.uk
