2 Dr. Regina von Schmeling 2013 …. was founded as an umbrella organization for doctoral programs at Humboldt University in 2006 … is membership-oriented and provides quality assurance for its 21 member programs … also offers a wide range of services and general support to all doctoral students at HU Humboldt Graduate School

6 Dr. Regina von Schmeling 2013 Why training in transferable skills? to improve your performance as early-stage researchers to enable you to complete your research projects as soon as possible to improve your employability as graduates with a doctoral degree to develop a doctoral students network

7 Dr. Regina von Schmeling 2013 The workshops are … offered to beginners or to advanced doctoral candidates tailored to doctoral candidates from the natural & life sciences or for doctoral candidates from the humanities & social sciences (some are open to all disciplines) mainly held in English
