5. Specific Goal 1: Assess best potential areas for restoration of wild tigers. Action: 1. Carry out intensive baseline survey to assess the best potential areas for establishment of tiger conservation to restore wild tiger 2. 7. Specific Goal: 1. Reduce transboundary wildlife crime, combating international wildlife trade 2. Enhance transboundary protected area collaboration Action: 1. Bilateral MOUs between Vietnam and Indonesia, Lao, Cambodia, South Africa in cross border conservation and cooperation on combating illegal trade signed 2. 8. Specific Goal: Research the feasibility to develop a coordinated, science-based plan for translocation, reintroduction, and rehabilitation of tigers to habitats from which they have been extirpated, or nearly so. Action: Host a workshop on feasibility research on this science-based plan in cooperation with the TRCs and international organizations. 9. Specific Goal: The tiger conservation activities will be added as the priority in annual operation plan of each PA where tiger distribute. 10. The policy in payment for forest services will identify the roles and responsibility of Business and industry sector in nature conservation in general and tiger in particular

11. Specific Goal:Carry out an innovative awareness campaign to reduce wildlife consumption. Action : Coordinate and sign MOUs with key NGOs/ stakeholders in carrying out awareness activities.
