Purpose To provide a set of protocols to direct and guide designated DFW Airport Board departmental staff in rapidly responding to events or circumstances that substantially impact DFW Airport operations, personnel and/or customers.
Purpose (cont.) Our ultimate goal is to effectively and efficiently resolve the incident at hand and return the airport to normal operations as soon as practical.
