1 Does your role involve having difficult and complex conversations with patients, their families or colleagues as part of supporting those who have life threatening /advancing chronic illness, palliative or end of life care needs? Would you like the opportunity to develop communication skills and strategies that can help you feel more confident and skilled to engage with these conversations in an effective way? Would you like to gain post graduate level accreditation for developing your knowledge and skills that are helpful for your professional development needs within your role or for your CV? Facilitation of therapeutic relationships through the use of advanced communication skills The 30 credit module can be accessed as a stand alone module or as part of the MSc Palliative & End of Life Care Pathway. This will incorporate the Connected course. If you have already done the Connected training course, you can transfer that accreditation across as part of this module.
