1. Adventure and Agricultural Palaga Presentation A hidden paradise, plantations amongst jungle, old trees and temples amongst age old 'Subak' irrigation system, waterfall a short walk away, with the possibility of warm water spring feeding into spa healing. The concept is an affordable adventure in a river valley, set against organic agricultural, the enjoyment of physical exercise in a natural environment, wholesome nourishment from growing, harvesting and traditional cooking, and the soothing treatments of herbal remedies and massage floating over a deep ravine. The views of rice fields and green wall of forest allow special activity and dining, with nearby comfort of quality accommodation.

3. Accommodation This 3D projection is drawn to show bulk and location of buildings, not architectural or stylistic intention. The top floor houses the lobby, office, restaurant and conference/ballroom, below which typical room blocks accommodate approximately 90 typical rooms with variations of family rooms and connected smaller rooms.

4. The design of typical rooms has not been explored fully, only an initial allowance of space for budget calculations. Further design exploration is required to maximise view and connection to the landscape.

5. Terrain, Bulk and Location The steep site allows for vertical construction in three blocks to reduce ground water pressure, with a bridge connecting the road access to the top floor amenities. Stairwells will be located between blocks and one lift in each block in a central position for ease of access. The ground floor rooms open onto forest, garden and pool.

6. Video of proposed lower restaurant location The lower restaurant is proposed to be at a central location to day activities. Nearby pool, agricultural area, old Subak walkway, Spa and Camping areas will be served by this restaurant. Organic locally grown food will be the main fare. The Old Subak Walkway spends the middle section of the site, connecting a forest of old trees to a village temple in a serene outcrop jutting out over the river ravine.

7. Spa and Well-being The idea is to combine camping fun for youngsters and the young at heart with a peaceful retreat for relaxation lovers. The site is laid out in a way that quiet gardens are secluded away from possible activity areas. Social gathering areas will also be celebrated with a combination of outdoor experience and indoor comfort. Water springs on site allow for natural water supply to swimming pools or water gardens. This presence of running water will provide a natural sound screen for activities, a peaceful background noise, and a healing experience for the Spa.

9. Tree-top fun, Camping, Canyoning Upon entrance of site large trees offer a good location for tree-top fun. Camping on the flat by the river, swimming and hopping amongst large rocks and fallen logs is made more comfortable by the provision of utility pavilions for shared cooking and hygiene facilities. Shared open spaces and fire plots allow for relaxed social interaction. Ten minutes walk up the river is a waterfall, potential for canyoning to be explored.
