3 GradesISOCharacteristics & Application TT1300 CVD COATED For high speed turning of cast iron and steel. Thick aluminum oxide coating on a high wear resistant substrate. For rough & finish machining of cast iron TT1500 CVD COATED For high speed turning of steel and medium to low speed turning of cast iron. High crater and flank wear resistance. For finish machining steel and roughing cast iron TT3500 CVD COATED Wide application use in steel turning. Excellent wear resistance and toughness. For medium to rough turning of steel. TT5030 PVD COATED For a wide range of high temperature alloy turning applications. Very hard submicron substrate with good fracture toughness. TT5100 CVD COATED For wide range of turning applications with stainless steel and low carbon steel. Excellent chip resistance and machining of sticky materials.
