12 Lesson outcome We learn (some) values from our upbringing and socialisation (friends, school, media). (Love) values differ between people, groups, cultures and countries. (Diversity) There are several factors which have an influence on the diversity of values, like income, religion, age etc. (Love) values are changing. Theories can only partly explain diversity between people of different countries. Love values can be a matter of discussion and also have a political dimension as shown by the example of divorce and/in Malta.
