2. 2 About the company The Magnetix company was established in 1990 and it is owned by Halina and Krzysztof Gorszwa. The main activity of the company is lamination of woven,knitted fabrics and the artificial leather. Thanks to high quality of our products we have clients from: Automotive Furniture Footwear Underwear Clothing industry Our laminates find approval among Polish and foreign customers. This big interest in our laminates gave us the possibility to organize second lamination line. We are the only company in Poland with two lamination machines so we are able to produce very big volumes of laminated fabrics.

3. 3 Lamination process and technical equipment Having modern machines we are able to laminate all kinds of fabrics with polyurethane foams keeping the best lamination parameters. For lamination process we use polyurethane foams of standard parameters but for clients request we can use foams with high density, flame resistant foams or low fogging foams. Laminates width is from 100 cm to 200 cm, thickness of foam from 1 mm to 20 mm. Lamination parameters are set up according to the destiny of the final product. Our proud is the final inspection of product. On visual control machines we check 100% of production. Marking defects base on Defects Catalogue which is made for each client. Our laminates are used in automotive industry: - seat covers - laminates for door panels - sound insulation elements - thermal insulation materials for production of sun visors and ceilings

7. 7 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM In 2004 Magnetix implemented the quality management system and received The Quality Certificate ISO 9001: 2000 from TUV Body Certification. The company is constantly extending and the continual improvement is measured by clients satisfaction.

8. 8 Client Satisfaction Our main aim is to fulfill clients requirements so the hole process is orientated to produce the laminates of the best quality and technical parameters. Individual treating of each client gives opportunity to recognize his requirement and set up the optimal parameters for service. All raw materials are carefully selected and received from approved suppliers which are regularly evaluated by our Quality Department. The high quality polyurethane foams and polyester scrims give us the best possibility to create the best products.The scrim used for automotive production comes from ITECO Company with which we have been cooperating for five years.
