MORE FACTS - According to the ABS the proposed area around Gin Gin has a population of around 10000 people where as Bunbury has around 38000 - Local clubs have had direct impacts to other WAFL clubs but these clubs are around 60 km away which can make for long traveling to and from areas (Gin Gin) - A WAFL club in the area will encourage kids to take up the sport and will also encourage adults (25-54 that make up about 38% of the population) to get involved in the sport and contribute) (Gin Gin) -Allows a better selection of local talent to be picked for development squads to play in Perth -Bunbury allows a larger metropolitan area with more funding and infastructure

13. CONCLUSION - With this information we conclude that it would be a positive opportunity to set up a new WAFL club in the Gin Gin area, it has more potential than the Bunbury area despite its economic growth.
