loan requests electronically and request material from campus and off campus libraries free of charge.

9. Activate Your UCInetID
Residents are assigned a UCInetID after they are given an employee ID and entered Into the Payroll Personnel System.
Library Users need a UCInetID and password to:
access all UCI electronic resources from home
setup wireless devices
request Interlibrary loan

11. Connect from Home To connect from home, go to:
Once your UCInetID is registered, you can access the libraries resources from home by logging into the VPN (Virtual Private Network) service.
There are three methods to log in:
WebVPN
VPN (required Cicsco Software download)
