CEPC-N and CEPC-H were treated with 100 U/ml IFN-γ, IL-1β and TNF-α either alone or in combination with each other for 48 h. Cell surface marker expression of MHC-I was measured by flow cytometry. To test the immunogenicity and allogeneic immunomodulatory capacity of CEPC lymphocytes and macrophages were isolated from the fully allogeneic male LEW rats.
