Labour Card Cancellation Application Form :- A labour card cancellation application signed by both parties and stamped with the establishment's seal Conditions :- 1.Fees due for not issuing or renewing the labour card on time shall be paid 2.The establishment shall have an e-signature card Required Documents :- 1.A copy of the specimen and signature card 2.A copy of workers passport 3.A copy of the employment contract in case no signature is found in the passport

Labour Card Cancellation Steps :- 1.The application for cancelling a workers labour card shall be printed, and required documents shall be scanned at printing offices, service centers (Tasheel), or through the establishments participating in the Ministrys e-forms program 2.In case f fulfilling the conditions and documents, the transaction will be executed. The customer can obtain the approval notice and number by visiting the Ministrys website www.mol.gov.ae/arabic/index.aspx www.mol.gov.ae/arabic/index.aspx 3.If there is something missing, the customer shall be notified thereof in order to be completed by following the above mentioned steps

Labour Card Cancellation (Outside the Country) Application Form :- Application for cancelling a workers labour card who has been outside the country for more than 6 months Conditions :- 1.The workers residence visa shall be first cancelled by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners affairs 2.Fees due for not issuing or renewing the labour card on time shall be paid 3.The establishment shall have an e-signature card Required Documents :- 1.A copy of the specimen signature card

Labour Card Cancellation (Outside the Country) Steps :- 1.The worker shall first cancel his/her residence visa in the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs or its affiliated centers 2.The application for cancelling a workers labour card who has been outside the country shall be printed, and required documents shall be scanned at printing offices, service centers (tasheel) or through the establishments participating in the Ministry e-forms program 3.In case of fulfilling the conditions and documents, the transaction will be executed. 6. Labour Card Cancellation (Inside the Country) Application Form :- Cancellation of a workers labour card (due to a contagious disease) Cancellation of a deceased workers labour card Required Documents :- 1.A copy of the specimen signature card 2.The establishment shall have an e-signature card

Labour Card Cancellation (Inside the Country) Steps :- 1.The worker shall first cancel his/her residence visa in the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs or its affiliated centers 2.The application for cancelling a workers labour card having contagious disease / deceased shall be printed, and required documents shall be scanned at printing offices, service centers (tasheel) or through the establishments participating in the Ministry e-forms program 3.In case of fulfilling the conditions and documents, the transaction will be executed. The customer can obtain the approval notice and number by visiting Ministrys website www.mol.gov.ae/arabic/index.aspx www.mol.gov.ae/arabic/index.aspx 4.If there is something missing, the customer shall be notified thereof in order to be completed by following the above mentioned steps

8. Where to Apply All Cancellation applications mentioned herein shall be submitted electronically to printing offices, services center (Tasheel) or through the establishments participating in the Ministrys e-forms program Fees NA
