Fig. 1 Nomogram predicting 5- and 10-yr cancer-specific mortality (CSM)–free rate in patients with high-risk prostate cancer treated with radical prostatectomy and extended pelvic lymph node dissection. Total point values are calculated for each end point and then applied to the corresponding probability scale at the bottom of the figure. To obtain the nomogram-predicted probability of 5- and 10-yr CSM-free rates, locate patient values at each axis. Draw a vertical line to the Point axis to determine how many points are attributed for each variable value. Sum the points for all variables. Locate the sum on the Total points line to assess the corresponding individual probability of 5- and 10-yr CSM-free rates.
