Work Orders default is Medium. Emergency Call work orders are to be used only when the situation requires immediate work in order to prevent injury or damage to students/employees or property. Create the Work Order and Call it in. For Emergencies, Indicate Here Prepared by Daniel G. Cantu

Tips To better serve you: be as specific as possible when completing the description block avoid submitting duplicate work orders (send a fax referencing the original request if your request has been rejected, been put on hold…and you do not agree send fax or (include the work order #) If you find yourself having trouble please call me (Cynthia Sanchez) at and I will be more than happy to walk you through.
