Work Orders default is Medium. Emergency Call work orders are to be used only when the situation requires immediate work in order to prevent injury or damage to students/employees or property. Create the Work Order and Call it in.

Tips
To better serve you:
be as specific as possible when completing the description block
avoid submitting duplicate work orders (send a fax referencing the original request
if your request has been rejected, been put on hold…and you do not agree send fax or (include the work order #)
