Sixty concrete pig pens, can accommodate 500 pigs, three pig roofs, man-made waterfall with small lake and eight fish and frog (100,000) ponds. Pineapple plantation with 3,000 pineapple trees, banana plantation with 1,000 banana trees and vegetable gardens. The farm is fully operational with very good monthly income. There is huge potential for buildings or house expansion.
