The mansion is based on the Anatolian side and is fully equipped. Currently films and series are being filmed inside. The mansion has wide entrance gate from the street. The ground floor has view to the Bosphorous. Entrance lobby, security room, lift cabin, 2 WC for men and 1 for ladies, hospitality area for guests, restaurant area, stage, secretary office, large working room with bathroom, toilet and bedrooms available.

First floor has large kitchen with cold storage and pantry. The greater hall is very special and has Oriental room, disco-bar and toilets, special sound system, sound-proof theater, shooting polygon-shelter, WC, hairdresser, cafeteria and access to the garden. Guest room, bathroom, behind the disco is a kitchen with three floors lift service. At the end of the corridor is a secret half apartment covered with natural stone which is comprised of lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On this floor also in the back hall are three bathrooms-WC’s for the servants, laundry and indoor pool next to the kitchen, Jacuzzi, steam room, and machinery rooms.

The attic has hall, kitchen, three bedrooms, two WCs, five store rooms and Jacuzzi.
