6 PROJECT DESCRIPTION THIS IS A WETLAND MITIGATION PROJECT FIRST AND FOREMOST. THIS PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES: –ROADWAY EMBANKMENT –COMPENSATORY FLOODPLAIN STORAGE –TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT STABILIZATION –SPECIFC TREE PROTECTION AREAS
