4 Gary Lester Vice President - Engineering Gary's distinguished career spans more than 26 years - playing a formative role in various architectural, mechanical, and civil projects. His many responsibilities include project management, utility design, civil and site layouts, control and power wiring, control panel design, design development and drafting, Director of CADD operators, specifications, design coordination of assigned projects, and shop drawing review.

9 Robert G. Bonar, PE President As BONAR's President, Bob has handled engineering, construction, and refrigeration projects for a diverse range of clients in the United States and Central America. Among his many duties, Bob coordinates all aspects of engineering, construction, and refrigeration to ensure quality and on time delivery. He oversees BONAR operations to guarantee the most effective execution of the design/build process.

Butkus Director of Project Development Mark's 28 years experience in the industry includes construction and engineering projects for ammonia refrigeration systems in food processing and freezing facilities. 19 Carol Williams Director of Compliance Services With over 22 years experience in ammonia refrigeration, Carol is responsible for all aspects of OSHAs Process Safety Management, as well as the EPAs Risk Management Program. Her responsibilities include providing complete PSM program manuals, developing Process Safety Information including ammonia inventory, relief valve and ventilation calculations, coordinating initial Process Hazard Analysis meetings as well as PHA Revalidations and on-site Compliance Audits. RMP responsibilities include coordinating worst case and alternate case scenarios as well as developing the RMP Submit information.
