Description
sourceAnchor (Required)
This is the unique identifier of the user account which is required to synchronize between on-premises and cloud. It does not identify the user in any way outside of the directory and it doesn't have PII.
userPrincipalName (Required)
The User Principal Name or UPN is the sign-in string that users authenticate with. It is in the format The domain name must be registered with the tenant. The username can be any alphanumeric string that is set in the on-premises directory. The username is commonly related to the users actual name, but this is not required. It could be a unique sequential or random number if needed.
accountEnabled (Required) 
This is a flag from the on-premises directory. If the flag is set to false then the user cannot login. This is a True / False value and has no PII.
usageLocation (Recommended)
Highly recommended. You can only add licenses to users who have a usage location country set as we must validate the user is in a country that Microsoft can sell to. If this is not synchronized then it must be set either in PowerShell or the Portal before a license can be added.
displayName (Recommended)
Highly recommended. If not sync'd then the user name will appear blank in the Office 365 admin portal and in the Office client applications and the admin and user would only see the UPN value.
