1 Setting Up Your PowerPoint Presentation for the One Button Studio (OBS)
This guide gives you some basic formatting guidelines for your PowerPoint presentation that should be made before going to the One Button Studio (OBS) to record. These tips have been developed so that your One Button Studio (OBS) experience goes as smoothly as possible to give you an exceptional final video.

2 A note on how to set up your slide show settings
It is very important to make sure that your slide show settings are set prior to heading to the OBS. Please follow the steps included on the next few slides so that your presentation is correctly formatted for the monitor in the OBS.

5 A note on using the layout provided on the next slide and adjusting to widescreen format
Your slides will need to be in widescreen format, which can be done by going to the "Design" tab in PowerPoint, click on the "Slide Size" button on the right hand side, and then change it to "Widescreen (16:9)." In addition, the layout on the next slide is provided so that your content will not be covered when you are superimposed onto the slides. We have found that the best way to use this layout is to copy the blue box, paste it over each of your slides, and send it to the back. This will allow you to visually see what material needs to be moved over and easily drag it over to the left-hand side. When all your content is formatted to fit in this layout, you can delete the blue box on each slide and save to your flash drive to take to the One Button Studio.

6 Do NOT place any content into this area.
The presenter will be superimposed into this area of your PowerPoint Presentation. Do NOT place any content into this area. Your PowerPoint Presentation content should be contained in this area.
