The solid line represents the HR; dotted line, 95% CIs. The reference values were set to 0 mm Hg. The HRs were adjusted for age, sex, race/center, education, sitting SBP, antihypertensive medication use, and diabetes. The sample for the spline analysis was truncated at the 1st and 99th percentile of postural SBP change.
