If you are eligible for the flu vaccination and have not had it yet, please book an appointment before stocks run out
Shingles Vaccination
This vaccination is currently being offered to patients who were aged 70, 71, 72, 78 or 79 on 1st September 2015, please see the receptionist for further details or pick up a leaflet from the reception desk.
Friends & Family Test

Rest assured that this does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the Practice.
If you are not sure who your nominated GP is, or would like to change your nominated GP, please speak to one of the Receptionist.

We want to help those in our Community who may be struggling, therefore we have set up a scheme to assist the local Foodbanks by collecting food donations for the Trussell Trust Charity –
