2. CRM Migration Challenges
Lack of a guided process and automation tools to migrate to CRM Online
No easy mechanism to identify the unsupported customizations which might hinder the migration process
Majority of customers still on Dynamics CRM 2011 and upgrading CRM is cost heavy

3. Pain points
Identification of unsupported customizations is a difficult task
Customers need to acquire additional infrastructure to upgrade their existing CRM solution
Migration is a high risk task which usually runs into time, cost overruns and introduces adoption challenges
Technically complex and requires a full blown implementation project
Data migration is a time intensive undertaking further delaying migration to CRM Online
