2 Coach Times: Leave school at 9am, arrive approx. 10:15am.
Children to arrive at school at 8:35am in the staff car park. Hand any medication/inhalers, with instructions to one of the staff members, along with spending money (max. £5) in a named envelope. Departure from Eaton Vale on Friday 30th June is approx. 1:30pm, and arrive back in school approx. 2:45pm A text will be sent when we have arrived; progress updates during the days we are there, and when we depart.

4 Eaton Vale is a joint venture between Norfolk Scouts and Guides
Eaton Vale is a joint venture between Norfolk Scouts and Guides. Now, it provides activities for local, national and international groups. Staff are trained to the highest standard, and are incredibly passionate about the activities, and ensure children have a safe and enjoyable time.

5 Accommodation: Iceni House
The Iceni House sleeps up to 57 people. With 10 rooms (each sleeping 5-9), which have access to wash rooms. On the top floor there is also ‘The Snug’, where children can get together and relax after the day. Downstairs, there is a first aid room, laundry room, craft room, as well as a classroom, and access to the outdoor patio area.

6 Accommodation: Iceni House
Boys and girls will be in separate ends of the corridor, in rooms sleeping between 5 and 9. Bedding is not included, so please provide your child with a pillow and sleeping bag. However, bottom sheet is provided. We will ensure your child will be put with a friend.

7 Essential Items: Sleeping bag and pillow; Indoor footwear;
Waterproofs; Pyjamas; Re-fillable drinks bottles; Spare towel (for water sports); Trainers (another pair if doing water sports) – or ‘wet shoes’; Towel and wash kit; Shorts, T-shirts; Some strong bin liners for wet clothes; At least two full changes of normal clothing; One complete set of 'wet clothes' (for water sports). Optional Items: Torch Money for shop (max £5) Disposable Camera Reading books, comics.

8 Do not bring: Wellies; Mobile phones; IPads/Tablets/electronic devices; Open toed shoes; Jeans.

9 Activities: “Challenge by choice”
Abseiling; Pedal Go Karting; Mountain biking; Canoeing; Orienteering; Archery; Raft building; Crate stacking; Climbing Challenge; Team building.
