Make a Difference (MAD) Time English Maths Reading Topic, Computing, RE, PSHE or Music during the afternoon sessions. PE on Wednesday and Friday. Miss Pickup on Friday afternoon PSHE/RE

3 Things to Remember Naming of clothing/belongings No valuables/money
No mobile phones in class – given to the office Drinks bottles are taken home each day PE kit goes home each Friday Snack money should come in a named purse or wallet.

4 Educational Visits Iron Age Trip to Burwardsley – October/November
Roman Trip – March Nantwich Museum Workshop – Spring 2 Residential – one night in May 16th/17th May Swimming lessons – 9th Jan Possible sports/athletics related events to attend

5 Absences Report absence before 9.15am.
Call office for each day of absence – no note required on return. Children are supervised from 8.40am. Breakfast and after school clubs are available! School must be notified if children are not attending a club they have signed up for.

6 End of the Day If children are not collected on time at the end of the day they will be supervised at the office until collected.

7 Assessment Many children will be starting new target cards for year 3 / 4. Make progress over the year as they demonstrate evidence in their work. Each child has a digital target card Assessments at the end of the year.

8 Uniform Winter Grey trousers/skirt/pinafore dress
Navy or white school polo shirt or white shirt School sweatshirt/cardigan

9 Uniform Summer Grey trousers/shorts/blue and white dress
Navy or white school polo shirt School sun cap

10 Uniform PE Black shorts T-shirt in house colour Pumps
Trainers for outdoor lessons

11 Homework Spellings each Monday to learn for a test the following Monday, recorded in their spelling book. Homework task each Wednesday which will be on MathsWhizz Daily reading (minimum of three times per week)

12 Homework Homework should be recorded in the yellow homework book.
It is due in on the following Monday. Creative homework each half term.

14 Communication Are your contact details up to date?
