What To Do:
If you are NOT making any changes, you don’t need to do anything.
If you want to…
Switch plans
Add or drop an eligible dependent
Join or drop out of the City Retiree Health Plans
Contact Lynda or Lynn in Retirement, or Pat in the Personnel or Lynn in the School Department by Nov. 15th
(Please make sure you meet this deadline as no changes are allowed after this date until open enrollment next fall.)

2:30pm to 4pm
Blood Pressure, Glucose, Cholesterol and Body Mass Index screenings will be provided
free of charge by BlueCross BlueShield!!
