15. STORMWATER
Many industries need a NPDES permit whether discharging to a storm water system or directly to a receiving stream.
Davenport’s POTW was not designed to handle the diversion of stormwater from storm sewers to avoid an industry’s stormwater permitting requirements.
Pollutants in stormwater are receiving additional attention.
Information about your stormwater program will be requested.
